We are now seeking full-time qualified Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellows for the 2024-2025 School Year.


Cross Country Education is now launching a best-in-class Clinical Fellowship program for SLP-CF's who are graduating by August 2024. Our school-based career options will provide you with a variety of experiences and give you access to a supportive, collaborative, and nurturing team. We offer all of our SLP-CFs a dedicated and experienced supervisor, a library of resources and tools, and an operations team to support you with all your needs. Our Clinical Fellowship Program meets and exceeds ASHA and state requirements for obtaining your Certificate of Clinical Competence and California state license. Our organization will equip you with the experience, knowledge, and confidence to excel in your professional journey. Cross Country Education manages and advocates on your behalf and we ensure your caseload is balanced and manageable. We provide all Clinical Fellows with detailed training and resources to help you master planning, paperwork, therapy skills and techniques, and address site-related concerns. After successfully completing your CF program, you will have the opportunity to continue with Cross Country Education in Los Angeles or receive assistance being matched with opportunities throughout the country.

Our Speech Language Pathologist - CF enjoy professional autonomy, but they also benefit from the camaraderie of being considered part of the school community and the special education team. They conduct student assessments, attend IEPs, and provide direct services to students ensuring the best possible outcomes in classroom activities, social interaction, learning, and literacy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to work as an SLP with a CA RPE License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with computer technology
  • Willingness to travel to multiple school sites
  • Flexibility to adjust to change that best supports students’ needs
