Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to step in to a vital in-person role providing essential continuity for elementary students, ensuring they hit their developmental milestones and finish the 2025–2026 school year strong.

Position Overview: 

  • Provide high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload of 45–50 students.
  • Deliver services primarily in a "pull-out" setting (outside the general education classroom) for students with needs including Autism, Language Impairments, and OHI.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and track IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families to provide strategies that support communication success and academic access.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)
  • Prior experience managing a fluid elementary caseload and a strong understanding of school-based IEP processes
