Position Overview: 

• Implement daily lesson plans, activities, and instructional materials left by the absent Spanish teacher, ensuring continuity of world language education and positive classroom environment.
• Conduct instruction and activities fluently in Spanish (speaking and comprehension) to provide students with an immersive language learning experience and foster student engagement.
• Accurately take attendance, track student progress during the day, and leave clear, detailed notes for the regular teacher upon the assignment's completion.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Pennsylvania Substitute Permit or a full Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Demonstrated native or near-native fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
