Ready to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the beautiful Gulf Coast? Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and ambitious Clinical Fellows (CFs) for the 2025–2026 school year in sunny Naples, FL!

Position Overview: 

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for services.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals and progress tracking.
  • Deliver high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload.
  • Partner with ESE teachers, parents, and school psychologists to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
