Part-Time Opportunities Available
Position Overview:
- Provide classroom and/or one-on-one support to students with diverse learning, behavioral, and physical needs.
- Assist students with academic tasks, behavior management, and maintaining engagement throughout the school day.
- Support daily living activities, including personal care and toileting assistance, as needed, while maintaining student dignity and safety.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help implement individualized student supports and promote a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and one of the following:
- Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
- Associate's degree
- 48+ college credit hours
- Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, or other special education populations preferred
