Position Overview:

• Implement intensive one-to-one behavioral intervention and specialized instruction for K-12 students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to address challenging behaviors and achieve specified IEP goals.
• Collect and maintain data on student behavior and performance, using this information to analyze trends and strategically adapt behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for optimal effectiveness.
• Facilitate student success and integration across all educational settings, assisting with curriculum modifications, behavior management strategies, and providing necessary personal care, including toileting support.
• Partner with school staff to align intervention strategies, ensuring all physical assistance and daily tasks are conducted strictly following established safety protocols and professional procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 40 hours of formal seminar or workshop training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (Required)
• 2+ years of full-time work experience implementing ABA techniques (Required)
• Knowledge of ABA techniques, child development concepts, and classroom behavior management strategies
