Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) who thrives in a multi-district, student-centered environment to support K–12 students across several close-knit school communities, including Willamina, Falls City, Sheridan, and Amity!

Position Overview: 

  • Manage a diverse K–12 student population across rural satellite locations, providing direct therapy and consultation to remove barriers to learning.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support functional performance and educational access.
  • Partner with teachers and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
  • Utilize a company-provided laptop to manage all documentation, progress monitoring, and state compliance requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Oregon Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) License
  • Must complete two sets of fingerprints for K-12 school clearance (Required)
  • Prior K–12 school-based experience (Preferred)
