Position Overview:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for Head Start children (ages 0-5) with behavioral and developmental needs.
- Collect and analysis data to refine interventions, and develop professional development training that ensures all behavior support is culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate for preschool-aged children.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Must have experience working with children ages 0–5
- Fluency in a second language, typically Spanish for the Montebello area, including strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate and support students and families.
