Where We Need You:

• Howard County (Ellicott City/Dayton/Laurel): A series of maternity leaves starting mid-February through May. Mix of Elementary and Middle School.
• Harford County (Aberdeen): A specialized Middle School role starting in March. Includes SLPA supervision—perfect for a veteran SLP!
• Eastern Shore (Easton): An immediate Elementary opening running through the end of the school year.
• Southern MD (La Plata): Immediate Elementary openings with a fluid, collaborative caseload.

Position Overview: 

• Deliver speech and language services primarily in-person (pull-out and integrated settings).
• Manage IEPs and progress reports via MD Online IEP and handle MA Billing for daily case management.
• Act as the primary case manager, collaborating with teachers and families to ensure student milestones are met.
• Maintain meticulous records of student progress and session logs in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• ASHA CCC or CFY status
• Experience with MD state billing/IEP platforms is a major plus!
