Position Overview: 

• Deliver comprehensive and essential mental health support to students (K-12 focus) through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and focused check-ins.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement proactive early intervention strategies that address emerging behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborate and consult with school staff, parents, and administrator to integrate effective behavioral and mental health interventions into the school environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Active Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential (Required) 
• Active California License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) (Required)
• Prior experience providing counseling and mental health support, preferably in a school-based environment
