Position Overview: 

  • Manage a caseload of 37-51 students across grade K-12.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and brief functional analysis to inform behavioral interventions.
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing training to staff for intervention support.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field 
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
  • Prior experience with Behavior Analysis in a school setting (Preferred)
