• Collaborate with the educational team (teachers, specialists, and therapists) to execute Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) or plans designed for Early Intervention students (ages 0–5).
• Provide direct, compassionate care to meet students' adaptive and personal needs, including assistance with mobility, feeding, toileting, and the use of specialized developmental equipment.
• Maintain flexibility to manage daily assignments that may require travel and transition between various student locations or school sites throughout the day.

• Associate's degree, a CDA, or a Para Educator Credential (Required)
• Valid In-person CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Prior experience working with children ages 0-5
• Ability to pass all required background checks and compliance requirements
