Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team and help students achieve their full potential in Fort Worth, TX within the Eagle Mountain Lake, Benbrook Lake, and the Chisholm Trail Parkway areas for the '25-'26 school year!
 
Position Overview: 

  • Elementary School (Grades K-5):
    • Deliver educational services of core subjects to students with disabilities across grades K-5.
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing specialized instructions and tracking progress, in both a self-contained and integrated settings.
  • Middle School (Grades 6-9):
    • Provide educational services to a wide range of students with learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities across grades 6-9.
    • Develop and implement IEPs, providing specialized instructions, in both a self-contained and integrated settings.
    • Collaborate with school personnel to assess student performance and track their progress to meet goals.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Texas Teaching Certification with required endorsements or training 
  • Texas Special Education Certification for the assigned grade level (K-5 or 6-9)
  • Content Area / Generalist Certification for the assigned grade level (K-5 or 6-9)
