Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Tier 3 Paraprofessionals or Speical Education Paraprofessionals with a passion to support students achieve their full potential in Watsonville, CA for the '24-'25 school year. 

Position Overview: 

• The Tier 3 support Paraprofessional is responsible for working with teachers and students to help facilitate positive student behavior and learning in the classroom 
• The Special Education Paraprofessional is responsible for working with teachers and students to help implement behavioral and instructional methodologies and work with students with different abilities (Mild to Extensive)
• Work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students
• Flexible to work with ALL grades K-8th and teacher assignments 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement behavioral and instructional methodologies to address the needs of students demonstrating learning or behavioral challenges
• Accommodate students' specific needs through implementation of specialized learning activities and linguistically appropriate goals and objectives 
• Provide behavioral and instructional support in a variety of settings, including general education classrooms and other settings as appropriate 

Qualifications: 

• AA and High School Diploma or GED
• 'Pass' on the ParaPro exam 
• Experience as a paraprofessional in a special education setting is a plus

Pay and Benefits: 

• $27.50 per hour
• Weekly Pay: Weekly direct deposit
