Ready to champion student success in Arlington, TX? Cross Country Education is seeking a dynamic Special Education Teacher to join a high-achievement team dedicated to inclusive excellence and inspire K–5 students to reach their full potential through the end of the 2025-2026 school year!
Position Overview:
- Provide academic support in core K–5 subjects across settings ranging from small resource groups to 1:1 support or self-contained life skills classrooms.
- Support students with learning disabilities, cognitive, or behavioral challenges with dedicated paraprofessional assistance.
- Lead the development and implementation of IEPs while meticulously documenting service delivery and student progress.
- Partner with the larger Special Education team to ensure a cohesive, supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification covering K–5 grade levels
- Generalist Certification for grades K–5
- Valid Texas fingerprint clearance card (FAST)
