Position Overview: 

• Provide academic support in core K–5 subjects across settings ranging from small resource groups to 1:1 support or self-contained life skills classrooms.
• Support students with learning disabilities, cognitive, or behavioral challenges with dedicated paraprofessional assistance.
• Lead the development and implementation of IEPs while meticulously documenting service delivery and student progress.
• Partner with the larger Special Education team to ensure a cohesive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Texas Special Education Certification covering K–5 grade levels
• Generalist Certification for grades K–5
• Valid Texas fingerprint clearance card (FAST)
