Position Overview:

• Students shall be provided services based upon their individual needs
• Multiple local school districts available
• Provide cooperative program planning, instructional programs, and related services to assure an appropriate education for children with disabilities from age 3 to 22 

Qualifications:

• IL Physical Therapist License
• Prior experience with Special Education and Physical Therapy in the school/pediatric setting preferred
