Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join a dedicated mental health cohort to create a safer, stronger school culture for the '25–'26 school year. Position Overview: 

• Deliver essential mental health support to K-12 students across various school sites through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and focused check-ins.
• Implement proactive early intervention strategies and universal supports to create positive school climates, promoting resilience and pro-social behaviors among students.
• Lead the integration of sustainable, culturally competent, and developmentally appropriate mental health and suicide prevention / post-vention programs across the school site.
• Partner with educators and administrators to streamline the student referral process, identify students in emotional distress or in need of services, and refer students to appropriate school-based and community-based mental health services and crisis supports.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License (Required)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Highly Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) LMFT or LCSW to meet the diverse needs of the community.
