Position Overview: 

  • Provide speech and language services to a diverse caseload of 40–60 elementary students, focusing on disorders that impact educational performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and lead the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable, tailored goals.
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement classroom strategies that align with curriculum standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of student progress and session logs in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
    • Experienced CCC-SLPs and motivated Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply!
  • Prior experience managing a high-volume caseload and a strong understanding of school-based speech therapy protocols and IEP software (Preferred)
