Are you an Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education is searching for an Occupational Therapist in Monroe, MI for the '25 to '26 school year!

Position Overview: 

  • Provide comprehensive school-based occupational therapy services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade. 
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans to address students' fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care needs.
  • Work with parents and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment.

Qualifications: 

  • Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist License
  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Prior school-based experience as an Occupational Therapist with familiarity with IEPs / 504 plans
