Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide vital therapy services to elementary students in the Bel Air, MD area. This position covers the 2025–2026 spring term, with the exciting potential to extend into Extended School Year (ESY) programming through July!
Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality speech and language interventions to a diverse caseload of Pre-K through 5th-grade students across multiple elementary campus sites.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a supervising SLP, accurately documenting student progress to inform IEP goals and adjustments.
- Prepare and adapt therapeutic materials tailored to various developmental levels, including support for students with multiple disabilities or complex communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
- Prior experience managing a pediatric caseload within an educational setting
