Position Overview:
- Manage and deliver specialized instruction for a diverse caseload (Pre-K through 8th Grade), ensuring students continue to meet IEP goals.
- Oversee a multi-adult instructional team, including Small Group Instructors and Paraprofessionals, to provide tailored support during core activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific learning needs and accommodations of approximately 20 students per class session.
- Facilitate seamless transitions and communication between the support staff and the broader school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
- Prior experience or specialized training in K-8 instruction and early childhood development
