Position Overview: 

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy for an elementary caseload, supporting students with articulation, phonology, fluency, and expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs.
• Work directly within a 3rd-grade cross-categorical instructional classroom to deliver small-group or individualized communication support tailored to students with higher needs.
• Provide daily Tiered interventions and data-tracking for a small group of general education students undergoing the RTI/MTSS support process.
• Manage a focused caseload of 5–10 speech-only students while coordinating documentation, compliance, and communication with school teams and families.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (ISBE PEL)
• Prior school-based experience preferred, with the ability to independently manage an elementary caseload
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
