Position Overview 

• Provide comprehensive support services to elementary students, building essential social, emotional, and behavioral skills that support student success.
• Identify and mitigate academic, social, and emotional hurdles through targeted individual counseling and group sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to develop and implement appropriate student support strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable educational policies, procedures, and student support plans.

Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid Michigan School Social Worker License and (310) Certification
• Experience working with children in an elementary school or educational setting preferred
