Position Overview:

• Provide high-quality speech and language services to a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, focusing on individualized goals and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring all speech-related goals are evidence-based and compliant with CA state standards.
• Partner with teachers, families, and school administrators to integrate speech goals into the classroom and provide holistic support for student communication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of service delivery, assessments, and student progress to ensure consistent, transparent reporting through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active CA-SLP Speech Language Pathologist License
• Prior experience managing school-based caseloads and a thorough understanding of IEP software and California special education regulations
