Position Overview: 

• Lead case management for a dedicated caseload of 10–15 students, ensuring all IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and annual reviews are executed with high fidelity.
• Provide targeted, "hands-on" instruction and academic support for high school students with mild-to-moderate disabilities within a resource specialist setting..
• Partner with general education faculty and families to implement modifications and accommodations that support student success in a rigorous, specialized academic environment.
• Identify student needs and initiate academic or behavioral interventions, demonstrating the ability to manage classroom dynamics

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate)
• 2–3 years of experience in a high school Special Education setting, with a proven track record in both direct service delivery and comprehensive case management
