Position Overview:

  • Provide in-person physical therapy to a diverse K–12 population to improve functional mobility and educational access.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to establish goals, perform evaluations, and document progress per state guidelines.
  • Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, providing training to students and staff for safe usage.
  • Partner with families and staff to provide strategies that promote independence across various campus sites.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid California Physical Therapist License
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy with a strong understanding of K–12 developmental milestones
  • Ability to manage a flexible 3-4 day weekly schedule and provide services across multiple school sites within the district
