Position Overview:

• Lead the full lifecycle of comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tailoring goals to maximize student potential in grades 5th-6th or K-12.
• Deliver engaging direct instruction using evidence-based techniques to advance academic and developmental milestones.
• Implement data-driven assessment cycles to monitor progress and proactively adjust instructional strategies for continuous growth.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Connecticut Certification in Special Education (Preferred)
  • Candidates currently In the Process of obtaining their Special Education Certification are eligible to apply.
• 3+ years of experience in Special Education (Preferred)
