Position Overview:
- Design and implement specialized lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged students, ensuring alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Manage a preschool caseload by conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging space that fosters social, emotional, and academic development for students with diverse needs.
- Partner with families, therapists, and support staff to provide a holistic approach to early intervention and student success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Arizona Early Childhood Special Education Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid in-person CPR/First Aid Certifications, Food Handlers card, and TB clearance
