Position Overview:- Manage a primary caseload of students (Pre-K–1st grade), delivering tailored instructional support for diverse learning needs.
- Partner with general education teachers, specialists, and families to implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain a cohesive learning environment.
- Execute administrative tasks including progress monitoring, student data collection, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate a structured, supportive early childhood classroom focused on foundational growth.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or higher (Required)
- Prior experience in K-2 special education with a strong understanding of early intervention
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork
