Position Overview: 
  • Manage a primary caseload of students (Pre-K–1st grade), delivering tailored instructional support for diverse learning needs.
  • Partner with general education teachers, specialists, and families to implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain a cohesive learning environment.
  • Execute administrative tasks including progress monitoring, student data collection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate a structured, supportive early childhood classroom focused on foundational growth.

Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s Degree or higher (Required)
  • Prior experience in K-2 special education with a strong understanding of early intervention
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork
