Position Overview: 

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to approximately 20 upper elementary students enrolled in special education programs across two school sites.
• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to foster academic and social-emotional growth, to ensure all mandated timelines are met.
• Partner with staff and parents across both school communities to coordinate lesson plans and program services, ensuring curriculum continuity for every learner.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential with a Mild / Moderate Authorization
• Prior experience teaching and supporting upper elementary students (Grades 3-5)
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload across a multi-site school environment
