Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about collaboration and student development? Cross Country Education is seeking an experienced, full-time Occupational Therapist for the '25–'26 school year to provide essential services that empower students to succeed in sunny Sebring, FL!
Position Overview:
- Evaluate and address the unique occupational needs of a diverse student caseload
- Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment programs (IEPs) to advance students' fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and successful participation in educational and daily living activities.
- Consult with and train school staff and parents on specialized techniques to support the student’s functional performance within the classroom and at home.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Florida Occupational Therapy License
- Experience working with a pediatric population
- Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist providing services within a school setting
