Cross Country Education is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team to support Elementary and Middle School students in reaching their functional goals in a thriving district environment! Join us for this rewarding part-time role through the end of the school year.

Position Overview:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services across Elementary and Middle schools, integrating services within their educational environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and lead the development of data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with Special Education teams, teachers, and school staff to support student functional skills, adaptive behavior, and sensory needs.
  • Manage a multi-site caseload and attend mandatory district trainings.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License
  • Active Washington State (WA-OSPI) Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
  • Ability to work in-person across multiple campuses
  • School-based experience with multi-agency collaboration (Preferred)
