Position Overview:

  • Provide targeted, standards-aligned instruction in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math through both in-class and small-group support for students receiving special education services.
  • Manage a 25-student caseload, successfully leading the full Individualized Education Program (IEP) cycle, including the timely completion of approximately 14 required annual and triennial reviews.
  • Maintain comprehensive compliance by ensuring meticulous progress monitoring and documentation across all aspects of the IEP and special education services.
  • Consult with general education staff to co-develop differentiated core curriculum instruction and facilitate the successful inclusion of students in general education environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Valid Full California Educational Specialist Instruction Credential in Special Education Mild / Moderate (Required)
  • Professional experience in Case Management for a special education student caseload (Required)
