Cross Country Education is searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team in Bel Air, MD, for the '25–'26 school year and make a lasting impact on student communication skills!
Position Overview:
- Provide direct speech-language pathology services 4 days a week (5th day optional) to students in Grades 6–8, designing and implementing treatment/therapy plans.
- Serve as the clinical supervisor for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), utilizing evidence-based data to adapt treatment plans to better support the student.
- Opportunity to participate in the Extended School Year (ESY) program during July to help eligible students maintain critical communication skills and prevent skill regression over the summer break.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)
- Prior experience in a school setting, particularly with secondary (middle school) students (Preferred)
