Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist for a morning-only opportunity to work as an ABA Therapist and provide vital 1:1 behavioral support for a Pre-K student. Position Overview:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support and specialized instruction for a Pre-K student, implementing individualized strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster a positive learning environment.
• Facilitate crisis prevention and intervention, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to manage student aggression and high-intensity behavioral challenges safely and effectively.
• Execute data-driven behavioral plans to monitor student progress, ensuring all therapeutic supports align with the student's social-emotional goals and educational needs.
• Collaborate with the early childhood team to provide a consistent, structured routine that allows the student to transition smoothly between classroom activities and specialized instruction.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Preferred)
• Current certification in CPI, QBS, or a similar intervention system (Highly Preferred)
• Experience implementing behavioral strategies and therapeutic supports rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
• Prior experience managing social-emotional challenges, crisis situations, and supporting early childhood/Pre-K populations
