Position Overview: 

• Special Education Teachers will work with a wide range of students who have learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities across grades 6-12.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing specialized instructions, in both a self-contained and integrated settings.
• Collaborate with school personnel to assess student performance and track their progress to meet goals.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Texas Special Education Certification for Grades 6-12
• Content Area / Generalist Certification for Grades 6+ in Math or Science
• Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card
