Position Overview: 

• K-12th grade
• Will be traveling to school sites to do observations on students who have a behavioral referral.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Complete FBA's (Functional Behavior Assessment) for the behaviorally challenged students.
• Complete observations for behavioral referrals.
• Provide ongoing behavior related training to school staff and parents on, proactive behavior intervention strategies, de-escalation techniques, and Applied behavior analysis principles as a means of early intervention. 

Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree
• BCBA certification
• Must be flexible and understand caseloads are fluid and can change.
• At least one year of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism.
