Join the Cross Country Education team as an Occupational Therapist in Cincinnati, OH! We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to make a direct impact on K-8 students' well-being for the '25-'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students (grades K-8) across three assigned school campuses, with an estimated total caseload of 75 students (approx. 25 students per site).
- Conduct comprehensive standardized and ecological assessments to determine eligibility and level of service, documenting progress and attending all required IEP and 504 planning meetings.
- Implement evidence-based OT strategies that focus on improving students' fine motor, sensory processing, and executive functioning skills to foster academic and functional independence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted and Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) (Required)
- The role requires regular travel between the three campuses to meet service delivery needs within the scheduled 20 hours per week
