Cross Country Education allows experienced and new Special Education Aides the ability to start working promptly through a qualification process that's faster than traditional methods. Our Special Education Aides assist the teacher with lesson instruction, activity direction and curriculum implementation. You get the opportunity to support students in accordance with their IEPs in individual or group settings.

Requirements:

  • 48 Units of College Credit
  • Minimum requirement of 3 months experience working with K-12 students with IEPs (Individual Educational Plans)
