Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a proven track record of helping students thrive? Cross Country Education is seeking two skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts to bring their expertise to a highly regarded charter school network in the Boston, MA and Lynn, MA areas for the exciting '25–'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Perform specialized behavioral analysis and intervention support for a diverse caseload of 37-51 students across all grade levels (K-12), providing both direct and consultative BCBA services across multiple campuses.
- Lead comprehensive behavioral assessments (Functional Behavioral Assessments, brief functional analysis) to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing data collection and replacement behaviors to ensure outcomes.
- Partner with school mental health practitioners and staff to execute a tiered approach to behavior support and provide specialized training to educators and support staff for consistent intervention application.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (Required)
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)
- 1-3 years of public school experience with Autism and behavior challenges (Preferred)
