Position Overview:

• Provide specialized speech and language support through a classroom-wide consultation model, focusing on integrated staff and student support rather than traditional pull-out therapy.
• Deliver expert services within Center-Based Cognitive Impairment (CI) classrooms, with a heavy emphasis on AAC and Assistive Technology (AT).
• Manage a caseload from early childhood through young adulthood (ages 2.5–26), ensuring developmental continuity.

• ​Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist License or Certification (Required) 
• Prior experience or strong clinical knowledge in AAC/AT systems and working with students in Cognitive Impairment (CI) settings
• Demonstrated ability to implement a consultative, classroom-based model across a broad age range (Pre-K through age 26)
