Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate, fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in Salem, OR, to make a profound, lasting impact on student lives for the entire '25-'26 school year!

Position Overview:

  • Provide direct, in-person speech and language services to a preschool-aged caseload (ages 3–5), focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating developmental communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including scheduling, case management, and conducting evaluations and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) team members and parents to integrate communication goals into the daily routines and educational settings of young children.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Oregon State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Ability to pass a mandatory background check and complete all required Oregon Fingerprinting procedures
