• $27.00-27.50 Per hour
• Benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) for employees working over 30 hours a week

Requirements:

• AA degree and High School Diploma or GED
• or Pass the ParaPro exam
• Experience as a Sped Para
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures with the field
• Minimum 1 Year Relevant School-Based Experience

Grade/Case Load:

• PK-8th
• Provide direct support to Special Education students under the direction of the Director of Student Services, Coordinator of Student Services, Principal,
  Teacher, Education Specialist, and/or Full Inclusion Coach
• Implement behavioral and instructional methodologies to address the needs of students demonstrating learning or behavioral challenges
•  Work with students with different abilities (mild to extensive needs) within the General education classroom
• Support the academic and behavioral needs of students
• Accommodate specific student needs through the implementation of specialized learning activities and linguistically appropriate goals and
  objectives
• Provide instructional support and interventions during and after school in a variety of settings, including the general education classrooms and other
  school settings as assigned
