Position Overview:
- Lead comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for K-12 students to determine eligibility for Exceptional Children services and to administer and interpret a full range of assessment tools, including specialized scales and measures related to Autism and other low-incidence disabilities.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and monitoring implementation.
- Deliver direct and indirect psychological services, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation on Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and school-wide mental health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (Required)
- Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) School Psychologist License (Required)
- North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or Licensed Psychologist (LP) License (Required)
