Position Overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for K-8 students, analyzing results to determine eligibility and inform therapy goals related to gross motor skills, mobility, and functional participation.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and functional needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and the IEP team to document and track student progress, and integrate therapy goals into the student’s daily routines.

Qualifications:

  • NY Physical Therapist License and / or Certification
  • Must provide your National Provider Identification (NPI) Number
  • Prior experience providing Physical Therapy services in a school or pediatric setting (Preferred)
