Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a vibrant caseload of elementary and middle school students onsite in Redmond and Kirkland, WA. Join our team for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year and help our students thrive in their daily school environments!

Position Overview: 

  • Provide essential OT services for a K-8 caseload, ensuring continuity of care and therapy for the remainder of the school year.
  • Deliver onsite sessions tailored to student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), focusing on academic performance and functional daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to meet district and state special education standards.
  • Work with school-based teams across multiple campuses to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Washington State License and Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Washington Special Education ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
  • Previous school-based experience and a willingness to work onsite at multiple campuses (Preferred)
