Join a collaborative educational environment where you'll help students build the skills they need to succeed both academically and socially. Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary students with diverse communication needs in the Mount Wolf and Manchester, PA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Overview:

  • Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students in general and specialized education settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting students who use AAC and other communication supports.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12 Certification 
  • Previous school-based experience (Preferred)
