Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Special Education Paraprofessionals with a passion to support students achieve their full potential in Millbrae, CA for the '24-'25 school year. 

Position Overview: 

  • Support students in preschool-elementary
  • One site but may occasionally need to travel to another site if requested for absence coverage or training

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Under the direction of the case manager/teacher and behavior team, provide classroom, behavior, and/or academic support in a 1:1 General Education or Specialized Day Class setting

Qualifications: 

  • AA degree or higher
  • Paraprofessional License/certification
  • Drivers license with own transportation
  • Prior experience with Special Education is preferred
  • Prior experience with Behavior or ABA training is preferred
  • SafetyCare trained

Pay and Benefits

  • $24.50-$27.50 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Weekly direct deposit 
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for employees working 30+ hours per week.
