Position Overview:
- Provide 1:1 nursing care for a 10th-grade student with a complex medical history.
- Monitor and manage the student's medically equipment, such as a gastrostomy tube (GT) and central line, ensuring safety and reinforcing GT dressings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Ability to adapt to a variable schedule, including school breaks and special events
- Proficiency in managing and monitoring central lines and gastrostomy tubes
- Experience in pediatric care, particularly with patients who have complex medical needs (e.g. Short Gut Syndrome, ADHD, febrile seizures)
