Position Overview:
- Provide high-level oversight and supervision for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end IEP process, including drafting progress reports and maintaining daily notes using MDOIEP and MA billing platforms.
- Deliver specialized speech and language services to a secondary student population within a middle school.
- Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings via Microsoft Teams and in-person to coordinate student care and academic success.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Prior experience in an educational setting with familiarity in IEP documentation and student assessment (Preferred)
